Ways to work with me

There are a number of ways that you may choose to work with me, and we can tailor a package or a service specifically to your needs. This may include 1-1 counselling or coaching sessions, and/or group interventions such workshops, webinars or retreats.

Mindfulness-Based Counselling is offered in-person or online [depending on your location and preference], and can currently be arranged by contacting me directly me via WhatsApp or email. This service is aimed at identifying unconscious ways in which you may be organising your experiences, beliefs and thought and behaviour patterns that may be getting in the way of you being able to heal and grow. You may consider mindfulness-based counselling if you have had a difficult diagnosis, a severe loss such as the loss of a loved-one, are in a difficult job or relationship, or if you find you always end up in the same type of relationship or situation, etc.

Although there may be some overlap, my mindfulness-based coaching practice is slightly different in that it is usually a shorter term process aimed at achieving a particular goal or set of goals. You may consider mindfulness-based coaching if you’re going through a transition [such as starting a new job, retiring, moving to a new community, etc], would like to build your resilience and wellbeing, make proactive life changes, or if you are developing your skills and qualifications, etc. You can make contact with me directly via WhatsApp or email to discuss coaching options.

If you are involved in, or even considering embarking on further studies such as a Masters’ or PhD and require academic coaching regarding your dissertation, you can make contact with me directly via WhatsApp or email to discuss coaching options.

Group Interventions may take the form of workshops and webinars or retreats, all of which can be tailored to your group’s needs. Please contact me directly via WhatsApp or email to discuss options regarding group interventions.
